This hotel is perfectly located right smack in the heart of all the action. We loved being in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. the kids enjoyed the leisure facilities, especially the outdoor pool and play area. the room service was prompt, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. the view from our window was breathtaking, and we were able to catch stunning sunsets every evening.

The staff at this hotel was not very helpful. We had an issue with our room that needed to be addressed, but it took multiple attempts and long wait times to get it resolved.

We recently had a lovely Thanksgiving stay at a boutique hotel in a charming colonial city. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, offering us complimentary drinks upon arrival and a delicious breakfast every morning. The location was perfect - we were able to walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. The rooftop was definitely a highlight, with stunning views of the city and a great spot to relax after a long day of exploring.

We did encounter a few drawbacks during our stay. We were not informed ahead of time that the hotel did not have parking, and finding a spot nearby was a bit of a challenge.

Stayed here for 6 nights with my partner, had an extra special stay. The hotel was in the heart of Guanajuato. The excellent service and the attention to detail!
